Welcome to Miss Priss Designs! By using our website and making a purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item(s) must be in new, unused condition.
• The original tags must still be attached to the garment.
• The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging.

How to Return an Item:

2. Ensure the item(s) are securely packaged with the original tags attached.
3. Return the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team.

Please note, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Final Sale Items

Certain items, such as sale or clearance items, may be marked as final sale and are non-returnable. Please check the product page for details.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at maria@missprissdesigns.com 

We will provide instructions for returning the item and offer a replacement or refund.
